Will install when I get them + get a chance though
I still havent installed the LET UDPS... thats on the sig too, haha :P
If you have a stock airbox these will also help keep the bottom of it cooler.
The black pieces are OEM gaskets. I'm not quite sure what they brown pieces are made from. Our spacers are yellow, color not important, and are made from G11 material.
There are no downfalls to using the product. Trutaing will be able to attest to the precision these pieces are cut to. I have to give props to my engineer and the CNC company I used for being dead on accurate with the final piece.
In case anyone is wondering, Phenolic Spacers range anywhere from 1/8" to 1"+. Thicker ones being used for carbs and thinner for EFI. With EFI, the thicker the spacer the longer the runners become. In the case of these motors we used 1/8" thick for two reasons. The first being that the stock runners are already extremely long and adding another 1/2" to each one could effect top end power. The other reason, and really the most important, is that the place where the AIR goes in can not be much higher then 1/8" without tapering the spacer. The AIR tube inserts at an angle and a thicker spacer would've caused interference.
A lot of time and work went into these. I'm positive everyone will be satisfied once they give them a try.
those A 112 part numbers, I take it are for the C32.
Are they the same for the C320 N/A M112 ??

These are for the N/A M112, not the C32.

I was asking SPLINTER, however, if the pictures he posted of the A112 141 20 80 gaskets are specifically for the C32 or do those also work on the N/A M112 C320.
So to clarify.... TVT, does your kit include these OEM gaskets (A 112 141 20 80), if not, what gaskets do you use in your kit (part # / OEM or aftermarket)?
or is what SPLINTER pictured the part # for C32 only ?
thanks !

i'm not trying to be a jerk about this. I have two C320's and want to make sure I have all the information about the gaskets, before I try your application. Thanks !

The gaskets in Splinter's picture are not C32 gaskets, the part number is for the N/A gaskets.
The C32 has a completely different design that bends over the fuel rail.

The A 112 141 20 80 gaskets are the correct part(s) for the normally aspirated M112.xxx.

They’ve been serving the same purpose of sealing heat-attenuating phenolic spacers on at least one M112.961,
albeit with its slightly different upstream hardware:

Kindly forgive the treadjack, TVT_DESIGN.
I merely posted a picture of mine to perhaps generate interest in your product.
I didn't realize they were used in that part of the SC motor. Hmmm...

In my C32 AMG engine adventure, I have seen many of these parts here and there, and it always catches my eye, when one part for the C32 is shared with the C320 and vice-versa.
As both my C320's are going to Stuttgart this December/January, one will get the AMG treatment, and the other is a candidate for this TVT application.
Thanks for the schematic photos !
