Brown in german cars normally denotes Ground. Is it dark or light brown? Does it have stripes? Pic?

i was thinking brown was usually ground in german cars. however- since it's a scosche harness, they use standard colors on their wires. they also include a color chart for the wires- no mention of brown. there's also a callout for a ground wire. i'll bring the narness with me to work tomorrow to take a picture. i left my camera on my desk yesterday.
