Seriously though, the search button is your best friend. Use it... 
Oh and welcome to the forum! There are a lot of people here with great knowledge and advice when it comes to your car. Just do us a favor and search before you post a new question that has been answered a million times before.
Seeing as that is IS your first time... You have the M111 engine, which is a lot easier to upgrade than the newer engines. With a pulley you should have some nice gains. I think TVT is working on one for your car...
