I just did this on my C280 too. I thought it would be harder than it was. Sounds great! Thank you so much for the great information. Also everyone who added to it. Turns out i had all i needed right here. $0 spent.

It's a shame the pictures in this thread don't seem to work :/ I have a W203 -07 and the aux connector is not in the door sill. This guide would have been helpful with the pics.

2008 Mercedes c350
You guys wanna know what I did to just add a little bit more bass to my c350 I went straight to the trunk and on the driver side is where the factory amp is located I pulled the plug out spliced negative and positive from the factory sub ran another wire from each one tapped them back up got and 8 inch sub with the enclosures of course got the wire I just ran from negative and positive connected it to the sub which is now being amplified by the factory sub and that was it nothing more. Lol men are so difficult
