Cool Curses to MB!

I've said it before, I'll say it again....why did they have to lose the sport package for the 2003 model year? If what they have posted on the Mercedes homepage (http://www.mercedesbenz.com) is for the 2004 model year, I'm gonna be upset for a while. I love those rims! Anyone have an idea as to when those rims should be available? My dealer said probably end of the summer, seeing as it is a 2004 model....or does anyone know if there are aftermarket ones that look something like that?

They brought the sport version back mid-year, the C320 Sport Sedan is a 2003 and is available now (although not sure if the 4matic version is out yet). Those rims are already available as well, they're called 7-spoke Style B and are $1328 for a set of four.

Unfortunately, the sport package didn't come out in time when I placed the order for my C320....

And those aren't the same wheels I'm talking about....

Yes, there is. But only on the C320 Sport. My dealer has one right now.

Now I know where he found that pic. I just saw it on MBusa.com. Those wheels look nice. Wonder what they look like for real.

Actually amdeutsch, I found it on mercedes-benz.com....but where did you see it on MBusa? I'm really hoping to get them for the spring/summer and would rather not have to wait until next year to buy them (no point in buying them in the fall to have to take them off pretty much right away).....

And, I dunno hokusbenz....haven't seen the mustang rims, but I really do kinda like these. I've looked at all the rims available on Tire Rack, Wheel Experts, etc....a few jumped out at me, but nothing made me say, "WOW!" like those did...

Thanks Frank & Bruno...you guys wouldn't happen to know if they are available in Canada do you? Seems like I'll be creating a hybrid of a CLK and C....I wanted to change the grill on the C320 to a CLK one, obviously badge it, and now I want the CLK rims....damn....

Don't take me word for word. I'm going by memory and I have slept since then. Plus I'm lazy.

MBusa > built > 4matic > C320sport = pic you posted.

DaDarkness, those wheels are just like or very similar to the SLK320 wheels. Take a look at those. They should fit on a C-class.

Yes it does, but they are the same style as the picture above. I guess those are 17's or 18's, which does look better. I don't know where to get them in that size.

Those wheels are 17" staggered wheels and are part of the Sports package in Europe. Also included in the Euro Sports package are larger brakes with cross drilled rotors. http://www.mercedesbenz.com/e/cars/c...sportpaket.htm

Why do you say they are CLK wheels when that link goes to the Geman C-class page?

Maybe, maybe, maybe. It would be nice.

By the way. Have you ever looked @ MBUSA versus the *.de* site? Compare the *Built your own* with the *Konfigurator*. For accessories it is very similar. I would have loved to built mine using the option sheet of the *.de* site. Of course at US pricing. But that is too much to ask.
