Battery/alternator msg - pls help
Dear,
I have "Battery/alternator. Visit workshop" message for quite long time (actually from the beginning I have the car, appr. 6 month). My battery gives normal voltage, something like 13V and, obviously, alternator is also ok because the battery is getting charged. I could even forget about the message but it flashes in red every time I got in the car.
Might it be real problem or is there a way to clear this message somehow?
Thx in advance.

You should get it checked. Not sure what parameters the computer uses, but
you may be borderline on a repair. How many miles/years on the battery/alternator?
An older battery may still have adequate voltage but can turn into a giant resistor which fry's the alternator.
When you checked the V was it before or after it was running?
If it's low when you start that could be it.
In any case, most auto electric shops will do a once over for like 10 bucks or something.
