Hey Peeps,

Im new to this forum and pretty new to the 3 pointed star badge too. Just gotten a w203 last week -200k. any pointers?

well the insulation for my car seems pretty good for an 04'. however i keep hearing this lil sound like as though the fan belt or something is alil tappy! is that normal?

also when i slow down over bumps, the gearshift is not that smooth too. is that a gearbox issue or just a timing ratio issue?

sorry not very savvy. URGENT ADVISE REQUIRED.

I'm new here as well. I had the same issue with the tranny. I brought it in to the dealer under warranty. I didn't quite understand what the service guy said but it was some sort of missing clip and something else?? Dunno, but they were able to fix it. Took them 4 working days.
