Anyone ever try to fit a stock 16'' rim into the spare tire well???
pssssssst anyone with aftermarket wheels want to try for us?

I don't think it will fit. But then again i have not tryed since i have 17's. But why would you wan't to know try that? You allready have a spare?

Well Id like to have a real spare tire instead. I wouldnt mind partially deflating it.. but in the w202 u can fit a pretty large spare in the well....

Even if you deflate it, you'll have a hard time folding up the tire to fit in there. It won't just fold as easily as the tire that is in there now.

It is hard enough fitting the little donut in there after you have used it once, there is no way a 16inch wheel will fit with tire

Sedan owners have no problem with full size spares. I got one in mine and as long as its 25" diameter it will fit. Only problem I see is with the width of the tire. Anything bigger than a 225 might just raise the floor a little bit.
