need dealer in southern Maryland or DC
I just moved into the Maryland / DC area from NY. Anyone had any good experiences with the dealers in this area? I am getting close to b service and will need to find a dealer soon. i hope one that gives free loaners.

I go to where I purchased my cars -- EuroMotorcars (Bethesda, MD) for the C280; American Service Center (Arlington, VA) for the CLK320 and the ML500. I rate their service departments as "okay". There's room for a lot of improvement at both. I think that I read in a post somewhere on this forum that Herb Gordon (Silver Spring, MD) has a good service department. Others have advised to stay away from HBL in McLean, VA. Any other opinions out there?

I purchased my car at Herb Gordon MB - nothing but good experience. I have since switched service to ASC in Arlington due to its better proximity to my home and work locations, and I'd rate it as Ok - not great, but acceptable.

MB Dealer near you
I live in Southern MD also and take mines to the ASC in Alexandria, VA. Its closer than the one in Arlington and its fairly new so no backups yet. Just had the b service done last month with only a minor issue. They put too much oil back in but no biggie.
