Yeah, I have seen him post the same responses over and over again to newbies. And I can't remember him saying RTFM or STFF to anyone, although it probably has happened before.

Lynn, you ought to have a word document where you type out all your common responses and then just cut and paste when someone asks these questions.

I've done that, but usually to people who have been around for a while and should know better. I've also done that to tommy, but as a joke.

That is a good idea, but sometimes I cut and paste from previous posts, or put in a link to a previous post.

1/4 mile and 0-60 times are greatly affected by altitude, temperature and miles on the drivetrain. If the engine isn't broke-in, the times will be significantly longer. It is hard to judge MT or other magazine figures because you don't have all the facts. Some magazines do adjust for temperature and altitudes, but I don't know of any that adjust for new engines vs a properly broken-in engine. I've seen my RSX range from 6.3 to 6.7 0-60.
