approaching 60k
Hi,
Im new to this forum and my family has an 01 c320 (W203). The car is approaching 60k miles, and the dash says service in x amount of days.. I tried searching the forum but could only find people asking if its worth it to do the service A and B at the dealer.
I want to do the service myself and am mechanically inclined, but am completely new to Mercedes. Can anyone point me in the direction of what I need to do for this service and how to reset the indicator in the dash?

cabin filter, oem air filters, tranny flush, brake fluid flush, brakes if there bad go with ceramic pads, i did plugs also even though benz say you dont have to do it till 100k pshhh
perform sunroof maintence, clean it and grease it after
leave the coolant alone you shouldn't have to touch it unless its low so i would just top off.
might be good idea to change fuel filter also while your at it. do a search lots of DIY if you are handy

A and B service are generally an oil change with other services that are based on time or mileage. The info (owners manual, service manual, etc.) you got with the car should tell you all the required services and when they need to be done.

inspect the air filter, check air pressure, a lot of stuff in service A and B you can do yourself. Actually if your handy you can do all yourself....
but yea like i know service B there suppose to check your wipers too.... part of the 150 bucks they charge you lmao
