smoothing bumpers

hi

i was interested if anyone has smoothed out the bumper moldings on their front ad rear bumpers. i was thinking of going for the euro look im my car but im in 2 minds.

suggestions please

My bumbers are getting smooth out as we speak i will post pictures when done . i will have car back at end of this month.......
