C55 is longer it is suppose to be the CLK bumper im not sure if it is EXACTLY the same but it is shaped like it...it might be a little smaller but definitely bigger than the c32 bumper... different shape and everything...

whole C55 front end is different, absolutely not interchangeable.

confused now

lets start again

i have a 2004 facelift c class avantgarde saloon and i would like to put the AMG kit on it. am i better off with the C32 kit or the C55 kit?

i know the C55 bumper looks better but what do you mean by not interchangeable.

is it not a direct replacement?

what would you put on a facelift c class?

You can't put the c55 Bumper on your car. You would have to put the C32 bumper. Otherwise called the AMG Bumper. So anything having to do with a C55 throw it out... unless you have a C55 you CAN NOT have a C55 bumper.

Well said... Like he said the C55 front end is based on the CLK front end i believe.. I could be wrong so don't jump at me... All i know is that the front end is longer on the C55 which is why no body parts will fit on your car.. C32 amg body kit is the only thing you could get that will ( fit )

you'll need new fenders, hood, headlights, bumper cover, foglights, as well bumper supports.

Ha! Nice! I never knew what the differences were. I've always wondered but never asked or had the time to search. Good to know. Thx and good luck.
