2003 C32
Fender/Bumper Clip
I got some DEPO projectors coming in and I've started reading the DIY write ups on how to install them, universally each states that re-installing the Fender/Bumper clip is a pain in the a**. Why is this? Any tricks or special tools that might make things go a bit smoother?

slide the end of the clip all the way in first and then clip (fender and bumper) together.

so if I understand this right, attach the clip to the fender(?) all the way, then clip on the bumper?

anything else I need to know to make sure the gaps are good.
