Comand problems
I just took my car in for my service B and to get the direction arrows turned on in my console for comand... I have had comand in my car for 4 months now and it was working perfect other then not having the arrows. After getting my car back comand no longer gives an accurate possiton for my car, I was on 89th and park and it though I was in the middle of central park and the blank botton that had been program active for use with a DVD player no longer works, what could the dealer have done to my comand, and what do you guys think is the best way to get it fixed? Should I call them up and raise hell? Is there anything I can do on my own... to at least get the navigation element working again? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

They probably updated the software on it with the US version. I hope i am wrong though because you would have to find the Euro CD to change the software back to the right version.

put your comand in the AM/FM screen.
hold 1, 3 and mute button at the same time and wait.
Once the diagnostics screen appears, go to Diagnostics then System Reset.
I would not mess around with the other functions in there cause you could possibly do more damage.
