PN needed for '09 Windshield Label
Hey, anyone have the part number for the Mercedes windshield label that is clear backround with the white lettering found on the new cars?
I think it looks better than the white backround label that is on my '05 C230.

I think the newer style sticker is 2009+. At was at a new dealership in Las Vegas (Mercedes of Henderson) and all the new cars had the new style sticker. I believe the 2008 was still a white backround with a Mercedes script in black.

You're probably right now that I think of it. My 08 W204 loaners have had the white background. Hrm..

It appears the labels have a running part number of 129-584-08-38. On getmercedesparts.com the most recent is "06-08". You could call a local dealer and ask if they have that part number that is for the 09+ cars.

I purchased the new style label from the dealer today.
The part number is A004 584 73 38
It has a clear backround with white letters vs the white rectangle with black letters.
I will take a picture and post soon.

Does it say G. Daimler or is it that stupid "MERCEDES" one? The cars at MB of Buckhead here had clear ones but they said "MERCEDES".. No thanks. I want my G Daimler one.
