Why no MCS-II's???

Why are all the used nav. units on ebay either european comand's or comand/nav units for other models? Why are the no mcs-ii's ever for sale? Why are the mcs-ii's that appear once in a blue moon three times as expensive as the euro comand and other model nav units???

euro comand works. you just need to hack the file when you burn the disc. do a search.

Because everyone wants the MCS-II's, so they're rarely for sale, and when they are, they get snapped up quick.

But I thought AM does not work well on the euro units? I enjoy am talk radio from time to time, are you saying AM works perfectly?

There are problems with AM AND FM reception on the euro units.
Also, there is only 1 cd/dvd slot in the euro unit (instead of the motorized screen), so I don't think you can listen to a CD and navigate at the same time without a CD changer (unless the unit loads the nav DVD into memory? but even if it does that, you would have to insert the nav CD, wait for it to load, then swap for your CD.) Either way the MCS II is a much better idea if you're in the US.
