what's the difference: AMG bumper vs AMG "style" bumper
hiya
i have just been on the phone to mercedes cos i thought they gave me a wrong part. im trying to get a towing eye cap and when i gave them the part number of the "AMG" bumper they said that the bumper is a c320 amg "style" bumper. i thought i had the c32 AMG bumper.
whats the difference between the c32 bumper and the amg style bumper
all i know is that rhe towing eye cap is different
cheers

if your bumper came from a real AMG C32 it will have one part #.
If it came from a facelifted 2005+ W203 Sedan, it is considered an AMG style bumper even though they look identical. They do have a different part #.
I have no idea though why the tow-hook eyelet cap would be different. Those are universal, I thought.
