Changing the Yellow bulbs in the Instrument Cluster

Changing the Yellow bulbs in the Instrument Cluster
Does anyone know whether it is possible to change the yellow/orange bulbs that are in the instrument cluster that light up the speedo ?
Will it be possible to add white or blue bulbs like the new E-Class and S-Class? Does anyone know how to remove it ?

It cannot be done. The orange color is characteristic of this type of display.
