I have a 2004 C320. Is there any way the cigar lighter can be alive when ignition is off and key is out? The fuse is #47 15 amp.

I recall reading a 2-yr old post which mentioned by switching the position of the fuse. However, I think it was for an older unidentified mercedes with fuse #54.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
