rear 02 sensor?
alright guys. my car is actually in the dealers get repaired under warranty for a.c., cam sensors, engine harness, and front o2 sensors. after replacing all the parts, they drive the car and engine light comes on. they tell me that the code is throwing a faulty rear o2 sensor. they called mercury warranty to try and cover the part. and they say that its not covered. bull****!!!! they replace the front ones and not the rear. so i'm SOL as of right now. they say i have to pay that out of my pocket. best deal they could give me. is $330.00 to replace the rear. is that too much? i dont know... i called an indepent shop next to the dealer and they say they could replace it for 200 around there. i want to take it at the independent shop but i just dont know if that would do the job. the dealer say's when that part is replaced, engine light would go away. and thats want to computer shows what the problem is. i need ur opinion guys. thanks!
