Cant remove kick panel

Cant remove kick panel

Hey guys, so i ordered my harness cable so that i can install the auxillary input in my car and it will arrive here on monday, however in my car(06 c230) i tried to do the steps but i have a problem, i wasnt able to take out the kick panel trim. i DID remove the screw in the middle but i just tried pulling, pushing and it doesnt come out, how exactly do i remove it guys please help me out, does it need to be pulled, pushed or what?

Lol... You shouldn't be installing something if you can't even remove a kick panel.. Sorry to be an ***.. I just found this very funny.. Go back to your car and use your brain and look how its put into place.. then look what is still holding it in place..

But again STFF

Well, i am in the car, i removed the middle screw there like i already said , i tried pulling the trim towards the footwell aswell as pushing it towards me but its not coming out, i cant really see whats holding it in place either

It will help if you remove the panel below the glove compartment. (2 torx screws) The kick panel is held into place with 2 clips that are behind the fabric trim near the door. Peal the fabric back and you will see 2 spots that are clipped into the chassis. Slide a large flat head screw driver under the kick panel near each clip and pry the panel toward the center of the car.
