Additional Buttons on Center Console
Hey Gang,
I'll occasionally check eBay for the latest W203 for sale, and see what's out there, when I happened to come across a typical 2005 C230 listed. But what caught my eye was with an interior pic of the center console. This center console had 2 strange buttons I've never seen before. I'm pretty sure it's not an OEM feature and was instead installed, rather professionally I might add, by some independent shop. But I'm not sure if anyone has ever seen these buttons. They have something to do with the driver's and passenger's front seat, but I can't figure out what they're for. Any ideas?

This then got me thinking. I do recall that some ROW W203 cars actually do have additional buttons on the center console. Anyone have any pics of these, and what they might do?
I'm always interested in seeing ROW W203, and what other less known additional features they have versus the US market W203's. Many of them we're aware of (Linguatronic, Parktronic, Distronic, IMS, power folder side mirrors, convex passenger side mirror, etc), but it's the lesser common ones I'd be curious to see.

I went back and checked the auction, and sure enough, this car does not come with the OEM heated seats option. Pretty nice install, however, upon closer inspection, they did forget to fully snap the aluminum trim all the way. Note in the top left of the pic how the leading edge of the center console trim is higher than the cigaretter cover trim.
