The car will need to be aligned after the repair, so it has an alignment issue.

Doesn't matter what either of you say, it has bent parts AND an alignment issue. You can't say that it doesn't have an alignment issue.

I guess some people overlooked the pictures.... your bach wheel is F***ED up badly i wouldn't drive that car on the road.. risk your life as well as others.. From it broken like that and you driving just can't be good on the other parts of the car..

I still don't see how you hit a curb unless you gased it around the turn and fish tailed and smashed it.. Which is prob true

Of course hes going to need an alignment but he needs to fix the parts first which are going to cost you*

glad nothing more serious is done to the sub-frame.

you'll probably need to have the rim repainted after getting the rash polished out.

Wow, talk about being dense. I had a wreck in a Honda Civic once that ripped the driver's side wheel clean off the car. Did that affect the alignment? Sure. Would an alignment fix that? Not without the crash damage being repaired. Anyone with common sense knows that the car will have to have an alignment after the repair. But that's NOT the issue.

It's really not a difficult concept to grasp.

To the OP, are you gonna file it on your insurance? It might not be enough $$ to require that, depending on your deductible.

I don't know if this will help you, but this is where MBLN sends all the vehicles that come in for collision repair:

PRESTIGE AUTO COLLISION INC.
Mercedes Benz USA, LLC - Certified Collision Facility
23726 Via Fabricante
Mission Viejo, CA 92691
(949) 581-3702

They work with various insurance companies, and replace with genuine Mercedes Parts (if your insurance allows that). I haven't used them without getting insurance involved, so I don't know if they're prices are reasonable or not for non-insurance work, but doesn't hurt to ask...

Another MB collision center I've used is this one:

FLETCHER JONES MOTORCARS OF NEWPORT BEACH
Mercedes-Benz Collision Center
3300 Jamboree Rd.
Newport Beach, CA 92660
(800) 927-3576

However, I've only used them once when my wife's brand new 2009 E350 was bumped in freeway traffic (only superficial bumper damage), and insurance covered 100% of it ($1,391). The quality of work was excellent, but since the center is directly owned by FJNB, I'd imagine rates would be on the high side. But again, it doesn't hurt to get a quote...

EDIT: Just FYI, I only use authorized MB collision centers to repair accident damage to my vehicles, because those are the only ones I "trust" to repair it correctly (and if it's not repaired correctly, then I have recourse with the dealership that sent me to them). However, if your primary goal is to save money, you would probably be better off looking at an independent shop. There are quite a few on Auto Center Dr. in Irvine, CA (off Rockfield Blvd., between Lake Forest Dr. and Bake Pkwy.), but I've never been to any of them for collision repair.

And NO, YOU SHOULD NOT DRIVE YOUR CAR IN THE CONDITION IT'S IN!!! Not only could that result in more damage to the vehicle, but it would be putting other innocent drivers/pedestrians/property at risk! IMO you should flatbed it. If you have AAA, then your annual fees should cover it (unless you already used up all 4 of your alloted vehicles calls this year).
