non-AMG-sport diffuser
An update:
I just got the initial diffuser in 3 parts and will assemble it this afternoon. The test fit will bne early next week, since my car is in the shop getting an overall "beautification" done.
The next step is create a mold and start pouring these babies.
Anyone interested? Again this is for non-AMG-Sport bumpers and i can make it with or without the second port for the exhaust( i will draw this one up and see what everyone thinks)

i might be interested depending on the look...because I was going to get the AMG bumper with that Quad Diffuser so it would be a cheaper route for me. But i will only do it if it looks good. so we shall see

Great to see that there is some interest in this here! I am excited myself!
Pre-facelift sedan at this point, not sure how the rear bumpers are different from the coupe, since its just a plain bumper
No problem, will be keeping everyone posted.
Thats the idea; You have the sports bumper right? I would have to find a Benzo with that bumper in my area and scan the car's details
Correct... pre-facelift only at this point...i want to establish the "manufacturing" details with one part first and then open it up with more products even "design your own" type of scematics

that set up looks sweeeet! It does have that curved line in the bumper, so eah it does look like a sports bumper to me. Since this is how the lux bumper looks like, see below .
I would deff have to scope out a benzo with that bumper around to get the "landscape" of it,, but afte i would need your tips spacing and dimensions etc. I will keep you posted and let you know how this process goes.

my goal is to iron out all possible manufacturing problems by end Feb...so at that time i would be looking for the few who would want to try these out most likely for the feedback purposes. Good product is my goal...
