MB Loaner Question
I am taking my car in for its service A here in the next couple of weeks and have a question: I am 18 years old and wondering if there is any age constriction with recieving a loaner? Do the same rules apply as that of a rental car company? Or am I entitled to a loaner because I own a Mercedes?

Loaner policies vary by dealer.
When you make your reservation for the service, ask about getting a loaner. I had to make a reservation for mine when I made the appointment - otherwise you end up with an Enterprise loaner and there I am sure is the age restriction.
The dealer shouldn't have a problem loaning you the car as long as you show him you're fully insured.
But again, this is a dealer-specific issue.

It depends a lot on the state. For example, NJ, is 25 and older for a 'rental' car...except, in MB's case, they own their rental cars and decide that its 21 and over, at NJ dealers. If a 21 wanted to rent from lets say Budget in NJ, they couldn't, state law.

not with friggin fletchers in newport, they use enterprise!!! i get stuck driving some lame dodge stratus or chevy monte carlo, c240's are an extra 30 bucks a day, what kinda BS is that?? even one time i took my car to HOI i got a nissan sentra from enterprise.....MB of LN gave me a real loaner, an m320.....now thats service....

When I bought my C240 sedan, I took it to get detailed and they were going to give me a C class coupe, and I told them that I was interested in purchasing a ML next year sometime and that is what they did. I got to drive a ML320 for about 5 hours while my C240 was being detailed.
