CD changer aftermarket replacement
My CD changer seems to be broken - it won't eject the cassette. MB Vancouver said it would cost at least $800 plus labor. I hardly ever use CDs so I won't bother but I was thinking of replacing the stock radio with an aftermarket, 2 din, touch screen DVD player (I don't watch DVDs either but they are the cleanest looking aftermarket systems). I was going to get a hidden XM tuner at the same time and have the steering wheel controls work with the aftermarket stuff.
Has anybody done something like this? If so, what do you recommend? Also if there are any forum members from Vancouver, Canada reading this post, where do go for aftermarket car audio sales/installation, etc?
Thanks in advance.
