I guess if you're looking for aluminum ones, you will have to spend $90 on a set of Brabus ones!!

Still, if you've just bought a new C32 in Canada and sell it a day later to a US citizen south of the 49th, how do you explain to the dealer/importer that you don't have the car any more? M-B Canada's computer database would show that the car has never been serviced even once in Canada - therefore smell a rat - and maybe go after you.
I'd rather not have that possibility hanging over me.
I suppose a loophole would be to sell the car to another Canadian first, then have him/her transfer the car to the American, since the 2nd Canadian owner would not be bound by the contract...
If you move to the USA, no problem if you don't sell the car

Ahh, who cares.

I haven't spent more than 45 bux on ANYTHING in my car for the last few months. And the ONLY reason I need to spend 45 bux is to fill the damn gas tank w/that 3.05 a gallon gas we have here in so cal
Mods are very addictive.. I'm only 24 and I've spent over $100,000 in *MODS*, yes, MODS only for my cars. STOP! STOP BEFORE YOU END UP LIKE ME!
And the bad part is I'm getting WORSE.. I spent $30,000 in one month alone on my Corvette this summer and I have $1,800 in tires/wheels in my garage for my benz and I don't even have the car yet! I need to lease vehicles or something because I have this insane motivation to modify the heck out of every vehicle I own.

I own and operate three Internet business's. Lots of years of hard work and effort to be able to have that much room for play.
A buddy of mine owns a ferrari and it's not all fun and games. The service costs a fortune and believe it or not they still want to do some minor modding to their cars as well. Viper's aren't really that impressive stock and not worth the money IMO either. My Corvette will run circles around viper's and ferrari's at the drag strip and roadracing, and my maintenance costs are less than 1/4 of theirs, and my insurance premiums are cheaper (I have agreed value insurance of my actual cars value with mods). Not to mention my overall cost for the car itself is cheaper. I'm a very thrifty person believe it or not so I would never justify throwing money away on an exotic or viper for the status of it. I'd rather drive my American sports car and be involved with the huge Corvette community and heritage of it's dream while whooping over 99.99% of street cars in the process.
.. but that's just me.

From now on for me its just 'conservative modding'.
