Hi...
yes, the bumper had to be removed but only partially, i just opened one side at a time and that was enough to remove the old lamps! the problem with the whole task is to figure out how to remove the bumper... the description slkboy has given are fantastic but it is still difficult to figure out where the screw is that holds the bumper to the chassis of the car... i think he made one mistake in his description, atleast in my case it was so. he only suggested to remove one mud guard but in reality i had to remove the one he describe and additionally i had to loosen the top guard to get behind where the torx screw is hidden... you are not getting your bi-xenons till tomorrow or the day after, by then i shall post you with better details what you need to do on top of how slkboy has described it... i shall try to use the right terminology because currently all the words i want to use are in german, and hta wont help you further
