CEL and brake rotor help needed.
So i have been getting a system too lean code recently, sometimes coupled with a cat inefficiency code. they pop on sporadically and once cleared, dont come on for awhile. i never had any problems with the kleeman cat flipping codes, so im curious as to what the problem may be. could it be a dirty MAF or failing o2 sensor? could the CAT be clogged?
also, i have been warping my front rotors after about 1000 miles. not sure whats going on there since im using MB pads and rotors and the dealer said aside from an alignment and frozen tie rods, my front end is great shape, with no bent or worn parts. Im at a loss now since this is the 2nd warped set in 2 months. I recently had my brake fluid flushed after both sets of rotors warped, and the dealer said it was very very dirty...could that be a culprit? also, the pedal does not feel as hard as i remembered it to be after a fluid change either. the brakes still work well it seems and I have no idea where to start with the diagnosis. any help would be appreciated as the dealer seems unable to find the problem.

frozen tie rods refers to the tie rod's inability to be adjusted for toe during an alignment. for whatever reason the dealer cant adjust them and is advising a replacement.

I had to bed in my new pads and rotors like 4 times before they work without vibration. It was very strange. I've heard (but don't know) that improperly torqued lug bolts can cause rotor issues. How many miles you have on your 05? I'm at 63,900.
