Yeah...Last time I was at the Dealer - One was pulled up in two minutes...He just pulled out the lower liner, and unscrewed it...then the whole dual cup holder came out...

Don't stop there! Take out the American console, and get Steve to hook you up with the ROW / European console cover with roller cover!
