I have an W211 that has the aux for my ipod/iphone, I was wondering if there a possibility for the 05 C230 Sport to have that as well or what do you guys use as an alternative? (dont want to switch out the unit)

Yup - STF...if it is a MY2005 like mine, and has the white plug in the passenger wire loom track - it is an 18 minute job...the longest part is carefully cutting out the plug insert into the glove box! Make sure the receiver snaps in well...then push and hold CDC for Audio 20, or AUDIO with COMAND (although COMAND should have this AUX input OEM) to activate!
Or you can go full all out and get the Apple/Mercedes-Benz iPod interface adaptor over this universal AUX input.
