I've made a mistake about the pricing. I was told by the factory that the chrome stripes for the US spec and the euro spec were interchangable but they are not. I will honor $40 shipped for the next 10 buyers then the price is $50 shipped. ETA for these bad boys are 2nd or 3rd week of Dec. thank you.

im installing bumper tomrw.

hopefully, the bumper fits into the existing bumper reinforcement with np, or else its going take another week to order the part.

does anyone know what to do with the existing sidemarkers with the impact strips? how do you disable them?

I believe you just put resistors in them so no error codes come up since they will no longer be used but I may be wrong. Check out the euro impact thread, it should be in there somewhere. Cant wait to see how it looks!!

ok, so the bumper reinforcement for a 2005 c320 does NOT fit perfectly with the amg bumper and fog lights

modifications are needed.

hopefully the shop is able to match it off with some careful cutting

fitment was OK, could be better. but cant complain since the pricing was really good!

make sure to purchase the new bumper reinforcement. mine was cut and modified to fit the bumper cover, so part of the fitment could be related to that.

the front bumper mesh i was given did not fit correctly, so you gotta be creative. i had to push and reform the best i can into the shape of the bumper.

sorry, but whats PUR or PP?

also, my passenger side ballast blew, so the shop installed a replacement.

thing is, they replaced it with a 35w while my driver side is 55w.

they are both using 6000k bulbs

if you look carefully, you can see a slight difference in color output. is using one 35w and another 55w bad for electrical??

You should install those strips! You don't need to add resistors/tint foil, some actually just taped the wire/bulb onto anything safe in there

DO IT!

At least, you should've painted those sidemarkers since it's better than smoked.

It shouldn't be a problem electrically, but the different colour output would bother me.

polyurethane = PUR. authentic AMG bumper are made of PUR.

polypropylene = PP. the replica.

PUR is softer and more pliable. PP is a harder material and cheaper to produce. shape and form are on par mostly. PP will need slight more attention to get the paint stick on properly. PP is the next best thing to PUR vs all the replica that are made in FRP like those ExtremeDimension stuff.

this is a good bumper EuroDyne offers
