Check Coolant Warning
I know there are a few threads identifying this problem but i like to believe that mine is somewhat different. =)
This is what happened,
1st day : Check coolant warning appears. Filled up the reservoir.
2nd day : Entire tank was emptied to the ground. Had to refill reservoir and wiper fluid tank.
3rd day: Business as usual.
4th day : Warning appears again. Wiper fluid tank and reservoir was empty. Filled both up.
Within 10 minutes, i open the wiper fluid tank and the level reduces right before my eyes.. I have no idea whats causing this.
The question is, why does it empty my wiper tank before it hits the reservoir? I have checked the fan, it seems to work fine. The other threads suggest that it could be a crack on the intercooler core, which sounds really expensive and scary. The hoses all seem okay too, no other leak.
Any suggestions guys ?
You're saying that BOTH the wiper fluid AND the coolant are leaking out?
There is a coolant line that runs THROUGH the wiper fluid tank in order to heat up the wiper fluid. I would think that's your most likely failure point - somehow causing both fluids to leak out where the hose enters the tank.

Yea either theyre leaking out or just evaporating due to the heat. Im not sure.

If its dry underneath, we can still rule out evaporation...unless you park your car in a furnace or something.
You need to figure out if you have a leak in your coolant tank or your washer fluid tank...fill one (either) up fully and see if it drains....check which tank is leaking and report back.
The chances of both tanks starting to leak at the same time is like 0:kajillion unless they were purposely sabotaged or something.
