Can anyone tell me if I can install any type of system where my wife can use her cell phone over the audio system? I've heard of something from Mercedes (MHI)...can this be installed or is this for the later models?

the early w203 had the telephone option which all you would need to add is the bluetooth puck. i assume you don't have that which means you would need a lot of parts about $1000 worth unless you can get some used parts cheap. i would recommend a bluetooth headset.
