I have an '05 c230 and would love to show it off (nothing crazy but I'm proud of her)...when's the next meet? hard to make thems oemtimes cuz I'm in the military and In maryland part of the year until this summer then I'll be back hopefully for flight school...I live in the Dirty Burg (St. Petersburg)

Sorry I wasn't able to show or confirm I wasn't going to make it out.
I unexpectedly moved into my New Townhouse the day before the meet and had to hire Help Moving, Rent A Uhaul and live in Shambles the last week+.
I just now (1 hour ago) got my Roadrunner installed and hooked up, logged online after not being on since January 27th, and had to check all 218 emails and post replys. Geesh!!

So how about we setup a Tampa Meet/Lunch soon?

I promise to make the next one, I don't plan on moving for many many years to come.................. Kuz It SUX!!!

The plan is to meet up and go to the Supercar show. There might actually be two weekends because the weekend before is a classic car show in Boca Raton that'd be cool to see too.

We have bradenton motor sports park which is about 4 exits south of the 75/275 interchange, and Sarasota has a nice beach area to meet/cruise...

I refuse to drive to orlando since last time we did a meet all the jack asses (yes I called you jack asses) said they would show up to the meet but not a tampa one yet the meet consisted of me who drove 3 hours to get there from sarasota and Andrew who surely drove 2hrs plus to get there, yet no one from orlando who campaigned to have it there showed, so tampa Ill do I need to shop up there anyways, which is what Ill do if no one shows like last time cept, I wont have a 3hr drive home.

But it was cool to meet Andrew and talk MBs for a while!

sorry, (although i posted that odds were i wasn't going to make it), musta sucked to drive very far for no turnout, but if i do recall that was like on like December 30th or January 1st or something, very close to the holidays and that coulda played in role in making it hard for people (i know i was stuck with the family)

tampa isn't too far for me, i'd be willin to make the drive i think, as long as it fits with my schedule

then this one needs to be a cook out and a drive, that would be great. All the other ones I planned where cook outs/cruises and had good showings...we just have to get it rolling, Ill make a new thread tomm in a few of the forums...see if we can get some W204 and E class peeps

It was totally January 30th, haha. But I had a good time, so I didn't really mind. The cookout and all sounds good to me. I'll see what I can drum up. I'll try to bring a few friends from town.

Yep, nothing really goes on much up here. I'll be in Miami this weekend, though! My cousin plays baseball for North Carolina and there are a few games down there this weekend. Nice long drive to look forward to.
