Im almost ready to make a purchase of the Powerchip software, just before i do that, i would like to hear few reviews from people that went that road already. Are you happy? Were the gains what you expected? Drivability issues?

i have the powerchip stage 2 chip for my i-4 supercharged motor. i have been very pleased with the gains and driveability. for my application, i noticed a change in the powerband, with much more pull top end and a much more enjoyable rev band (i have other mods which may have attributed to the change too). throttle response is improved and highway gas mileage didn't change all that much, as long as you aren't mashing the gas; city mileage did change tho but not too badly. gains may be different for the v6, but i have had no issues with quality of the product. i have not dyno'd but all i can say is the chip changed the way my car performs, quite drastically actually and im happy with my purchase (although maybe i should have gone with LET for a little more power lol)

i have powerchip on my car, i did because they were having the $300 special. In hind sight i should've just went with the LET since they can eeek out more power and they offer free retunes included in the $600.
But i would pm them, because i'm not sure if its still the policy since they split up last yr.

They have an LET tune for 300 dollars. You have to ship your ECU to them.

They do have the tune, it's just not listed. I contacted Oliver a long time ago about it. I never did it, because I was looking into other mods, but they are cheaper, and are probably in the same ballpark as far as power. Happy modding!
