$500 to Spend

OK, so I have a pretty good idea of what I'm going to do with the money, but I would like some input before I pull the trigger. So that's it... I have $500 to spend, so what should I buy?

Have you thought about exhausts? Wheels? Suspension? Subwoofers? Those could easily eat up that $500 of yours :P

Otherwise, you can get two sets of 35w HID Kits for less than $80 shipped @ DDMTuning. LED interior and exterior?

There's a buttload of things you can do with $500. If only i had that much to spend. :P

I would love an Eismann race exhaust, but nothing else really. I already have subs. Wheels aren't exactly a priority, but I don't know what I could get for $500 anyway. With DDM, all I could find were DEPO, and that's a no.

Yes, car money.

I do want a lip, but would rather lower first and then go from there.

What H&R springs do you recommend? I was planning on buying a new Touring Cup Kit with the $500. Thanks everyone!

H&R sway bars are $466 for your car at Tirerack; add shipping and tax and you're around $500.

Problem solved.

Seriously, it's the best option for you that I see.

Would I be better off just getting sways rather than other suspension components?

The only ones I can find are DEPO, and that's not something I'm willing to do.

I would recommend coilovers, but who wants to spend 2000?

I bought these,(link) They are great, Most people cut a coil up front to lower it a little more..(some people are against cutting coils) but I had noo issues thus far...
I had them on for a little over a month, So far i'm pleased with them..

Where can I get 50 cent tacos???

I've pretty much given up on power mods, at least for the time being... I really think that suspension is what I'm going to do next, although a good exhaust would be nice too. I want a good drop with a good raked look, but I also have weight in the back because of my subs. I just don't really know.

You could throw that into a savings account... lol

You could replace the badly curbed rim.
Still got a busted tail light or did you fix that?
Buy a Spin Brush Pro & Save $490.
Get rid of those Primacys and get better tires?

IMO, the DDM HID kit is worth it. I'm not talking about projector DEPO *****. I'm talking about just the PNP HID kit. As you know, I have the 55w 6000k kit in my stock housings and the beam pattern is just as it was with stock halogens and the output/intensity is amazing. Mine was $84 shipped and has a lifetime warranty that has already given me two new bulbs when 1 failed in July.

well, i think for the sedan with the amg body kit, the front looks great without a cf lip, if i was you i would get the diffuser and trunk lip first...
also it depends on your exhaust, cf diffuser with a single sided exhaust doesnt look that good...

It depends on what you meant by components. If you mean a matched spring/strut combination (like Eibach's, which I have) or coilovers, that would be good (though over $500!); if you're talking springs only, I don't think that's a good idea, as it will decrease the life of your stock struts, and the combo would not yield a good handling car overall.

For your $500, I think that sways will give you the best bang for your buck, from an enjoying your car perspective.
