Lease Terms
Just got off the phone with my dealer and he states that the residual on a 36 month contract is as follows:
62% - 15k
63% - 12k
65% - 10k
He also indicated that these numbers had recently come out so they should not change for at least a month or so.
Has anyone leased from MBCC lately and if so is this in line with what you paid.
Also if anyone has an idea of what I should expect to pay for a money factor in the Seattle area with next to perfect credit I would be indebted.

purchase price $31,200 + 1 year premium extended warranty ($1000)
20,000 miles per year....I needed the miles...I a am pre-paying for it!!
4 year lease
residual = $15,000
I am not sure if this is good or not...but I thought I would try to lease..the finance person convinced me to go this route....maybe it benefits them more..but payments were less with the lease
