Yes, w stands for wagen.
It is the internal code used by Mercedes to designate sedans.
for example C320W is the sedan but C320S is the station wagon.
a CLK320C is the coupe and a CLK320A is the cabriolet.
Make sense?
PS What do you do with two C-Classes. Or moreover, two of the same model?!?
