Hey, I love my coupe.
I got that three fin aftermarket grille, love it.
Also I did something unusual to the back.
I put my c230 kompressor badges centered on the back hatch window.
This raises the eye off the hatch itself. Looks much better and does not interfere with visuals out the back window. I'll take some shots.
My sunroof motor was just replaced, but I had extended warranty.
Noticing the alignment issue, weird.
Here are my upgrades:
1. burl wood console
2. 05 rear lights
3. smoked side markers
4. OEM MB vanity light/mirror visor (girl here)
5. 05 OEM MB 17" Wheels (fatter in back) they look better and ride better than 04 16" OEM
6. Came with cloth, had MB put in leather on purchase
7. burl shifter
8. Homelink rear view mirror

10. Smoked the 05 tails
Would like to get a towing hitch and maybe a normal front spoiler (non AMG) and an iPod Comand system. Still at 34,000 miles.
I remember when I was still in my SL period, when I first saw a white coupe I also laughed. However, with gas prices and the need to carry actual loads of things at times, the coupe is a life saver. That extended warranty has worked out well for me, too.

2002 Mercedes Benz C230 Coupe
Have had my coupe for just over 1 year now and love it. I would totally take a coupe over a sedan any day but then again thats my personal preference!
Havent had any major problems with the car other than some rough startup/jerking when its cold out and some recent bushing squeaking but I guess all cars have those problems.
Plan on keeping her for atleast another 2-3 years after which itll become my winter beater/track car depending :P

im back, finally got a job so back to modding soon.... I see some people have started threads on things i wanted to do like push button start and shift paddles. Guess it takes out the guess work for me

Yes i think the same way, its just not fair for us the Coupe guys, we have to have our own sub forum if we want one so i will start thread, so we can all vote and i hope they listen to us.
