Rim Fitment Question
I'm looking to purchase a set of VMR V708's for my W203, but I noticed the offset on the rims are 38. Will these cause rubbing issues and will I need spacers for the rear tires seeing as how a 35mm offset is ideal?

im pretty sure you wont have any rubbing issues, your not that far from stock. i think you need to be more concerned with the rim width and tire size that you put on it, and again as for the spacers that'll probly depend on the width and tire size.. not positive though hopefully someone can confirm that.
what're the wheel specs?

+1 on the centerbore.
You should be fine without any rubbing in rear and without spacers. That might be a different story for the front wheels. No rubbing but might need spacers. Since Moosejaw mentioned that these wheels are form BMW and Audi and if these werent made for Benz specially then I doubt it will work.
Good luck, hope center bore works out for you.

I went up to 18" rims all around to replace the stock 17" and I run a 35ET in front (to clear the big brakes), and a 38ET in the rear with a 18 x 9.5 rim in the rear with no rubbing problems and with no spacers.

never planned on going with 19s. i chose 18s due to all the holes in the roads here in LA. however i have seen users on this forum with the 19s aswell so they can work, probably not staggered.
