Question about 2002 C240 lights?

Question about 2002 C240 lights?
A few questions...
Found an 02 C240 on the lot with 11k miles and im interested in it. Didn't talk to a salesperson.

It has the headlight washers, does this mean it has xenons?
Also if it has xenons can i upgrade to the new look bi-xenons and still retain headlight autoleveling? I know on the 2001 you could get the washers with no xenons.

For 2002, you could get the washers without Xenons. That also means you wont get the Autolevelling feature.
