eclipse avn 5500

2003 c230 kompressor
eclipse avn 5500
hey guys i have a question. i was wondering if an eclipse avn 5500 unit would fit in my 2003 c230 kompressor sedan? i know i would need a trim kit but even so would it fit into the dash? also do you guys think the avn 5500 is a good unit? please let me know that you.

I would stay away from eclipse, they just announced that they are leaving the car audio market, so whatever you are buying, is the last of it you will see. They will warranty it but that is all. I would look for Alpine or Pioneer.
You can get the 726e for a killer price right now from Crutchfield(below dealer cost) but the same problem exisits.
