Door Control Module (DCM) Question
'05 C230 Sport Coupe
Driver's side door lock button, power window buttons (both on drivers side) and power side mirror control (drivers side) are all inop (can't lock driver's side from center console button either). From reviewing other posts, it sure sounds like a bad DCM on driver's side. Seems though with this problem the SRS light typically comes on. Mine has not. Does that rule out a bad DCM? It is possible with recent rain (a very little) water may have gooten inside door.
Would anyone be able to say with no SRS light on it can't be the DCM, or does this sound like a classic case?
Also, any advice on best place/price to find a replacement and/or cost to have replaced...?
I understand it does require some coding once installed, so I guess I need to take to mech to install.
