Headlight Questions 2005 C240
Sooooooooo
I've got some concern about my headlights. There's moisture built up in both of the actual units, not the bulbs (condensation might be a better term). Maybe their cracked? - So I should replace them right?
2 Bulbs just went out within the last week. The passenger low beam and the other i forget, i'll check in a minute.
I want to upgrade to HID bulbs and do that whole thing, so how do I approach this? Do I need to replace the whole unit and buy bulbs? Is there a whole package out there? Do I need to buy a conversion HID kit?
Any suggestions are helpful, thank you.

You are correct the 04-07 factory bix are d2s. BTW bix are the xenon lights that come from the factory not some kit you can add to your car. I don't recommenced adding a hid kit to your halogen lights but if that is your choice i can't stop you. yes the stock lows are h7 bulbs. Got to pay to play

Once the condensation has disappeared, you can seal your headlamps.
Use Silicone sealant and apply where the lens meets the headlamp body.
