the edition kit is not bad, but the wheels, fenders and halogen headlights bother me.

you need OEM bi-xenons, cracked open, and lens half painted body color.

Yup, I have done enough research to be extremely comfortable with a turbo on the w203 (not claiming I am a turbo genius or an intermediate at that and not saying nothing will go wrong )

Idea is to customize the OBX headers into Turbo Headers or I might turn my log header into Turbo Headers.

I remember a while back someone saying something about the welds on those OBX headers. I don't know if it was those or some random ones on ebay. How much do these headers cost?? around 300 ? It keeps me thinking

That is possible because.. Im going to do a photoshop on that..

Actually after thinking for a bit really the only other mass produced factory turbod v6 is the 300zx VG30DETT and even those turbo manifold are quite different.

I've compared my log header gasket with others and none match up or look like they might work (it's a shame). I wish they did fit because it would make life easier. IMO the most expensive part other that turbo (for a good one) is the headers...then the tune

Edit:
The OBX on ebay is 350 shipped

Great skills bro!!!

Hey I spoke with that guy who turboed his 2009 C350 about the turbo he is using. He said Precision and it's a 30R (7psi boost)

I can't find any info on that? Have you heard of the turbo and what AR it is?

Thanks

Karo what do you plan to use for fuel management? Retuned factory ECU or aftermarket? If you run low boost (6-7psi), you won't need an intercooler or larger injectors. Do you plan on using either anyway?

the flat black in the fenders are bothering me as well now.. i liked it at first but now its getting really old and ricey, so im having them sprayed all mars red.

i posted on here a little while back the new headlights i got, they are Depo projectors with 8000k HIDs and the housings and everything is all flat black.

as for the gap issue.. im having Vogtland drop springs and the Ksport GT PRO coilover damper kit put on in january.. (my parents got me them as a Christmas present )

as for the wheels, im taking out the red inserts, having the rims powder coated flat black, and then painting the lip only mars red.. and yes, i thank you 10000000% for those pics of your coupe , because your coupe is what made me decide on the paint scheme for my rims

i was actually considering doing that.. i just got 2 new rims and tires for my fronts because of the outer edges of the tread are shot due to taking turns at ridiculous speeds.. and my front left rim got curbed pretty bad by my girlfriend the other day.. so i just replaced the front 2 rims and tires. im gonna have them use those rims (one sprayed with the red lip and the other all flat black, and decide which i like better before i have them all done) luckily it willl cost me nothing, because my little brothers best friends father owns a body shop in Bloomfield, a 20 minute drive from me. and he will be doing all my work for the incredible price of FREE.

Tuner is in the process of twin turbo charging a C63. He told me our ECU can handle boost so no alternative piggybacks will be needed.

An intercooler will be a must. Intercooler will make the air more dense and dense air will combust better and better combustion will help lower the chances of knock.

There would be no point of a modern turbo system that doesn't feature a intercooler.

Refer to this link about intercoolers.
