RTFM questions
Ok, who here has read page 292 of their 03 W203 manual?
I got a couple of questions?
1) What are the instructions for resynching ESP (03s don't have dyno mode - but we are working on finding that info. ) The page ref = 72 doesn't make sense.
2) Radio code - before you say its not needed I do have a MB print out showing mine for my car with a note that not every car needs it.)
Thanx all.

1) Re-synching ESP only involves re-synching the steering angle sensor. Turn the steering wheel all the way to the left and then all the way to the right and then back to center. Any codes or lights you have such as the ones when you disconnect the battery should disappear.
2) I didn't know that they still list radio codes for these cars. What printout do you have? Is it a VMI - Vehicle Master Inquiry? Those usually list radio codes. But regardless, you should not ever need to use a radio code.
The note saying that not every car needs it probably means out of all models. C's don't need it as well as most other new models. The only cars that still have radio codes are ML's, SLK's, and CLK cabs (W208).
Does that help?
