I have a 2005 c230 with 122,000 on the clock. Is there anything that needs to be done maint. wise to the supercharger? Anyone replace their driveshaft flex disc or front bushings yet. I really think my bushings or motor mount need to be done.

Motor mounts and front suspension bushes are certainly feasible.. but I don't think there is any "service" for the supercharger. Supercharger failures are uncommon here, although it is known they have a finite life.

At about 150k miles I had my flex disc and motor mounts done. The flex disc could have had more life. Some cracking, but not terrible. Please note that I don't do rabbit starts, nor have I attempted to do burnouts.

The motor mounts on my M111 engine were toast. The motor mounts are harder to see because they have a cup type shield around them. You would have excessive vibration and possibly some thuding when engaging the car in gear.

What made you think you needed the motor mounts or bushings changed. It's just about time or something happened with your car that makes you think that?

I assume you had a shop do this. Mind sharing how much it cost you in labor and parts? and more importantly, where you got the parts? Part numbers if you don't mind sharing?

I will try to dig it up. I had a Mercedes friend to it. I could have futzed my way through it, but he had a lift and all the right tools. So, I can dig up part numbers, but costs won't be equivalent.
