hcalvarez's progress thread.....
Decided to compile all my threads and keep an update of my transformation into one. Here are some pics when i bought my car and some changes I made.

Wash and waxed car today. Next thing im doing this year are my wheels and suspension. I have been searching the forum and really want some MRR Gt1's for my wheels.

these are cheap by the way.. if you want buy used.... good luck... not many use mrr... only a handful including me but the rest have gt1s though...

i have luxe lx-3 rims. pretty much the same but with a chrome lip instead of brushed alloy. if you want the brushed lip then they have the lx-2s. i think they look cleaner since the rear spokes don't curve in to make the lip look wider. lol but if you do get black, your car would just look like mine lol. which would be cool since i think my car is cool.

see how the spokes on the gt1s are convex so it looks like it has a bigger lip, and the lx3s are flatter so the lip isn't as wide but they will match the front wheels more. good luck.
be sure to get good hardware and torque them right!

are you sitting on stock suspensions? looks pretty similar to MRR. where did you get these?

oh by the way there was a member here with 06 c230 pewter with mrr gt1s...and a diffuser...and clear corners...and flat badge....lol but he had bi-xenons. looked nice....then he got it lowered and it looked hella nice. i think he lived in houston also.

yup! i saw his car and was like nice....took me 3 months to decide on rims since i wanted something different. lol i noticed hella people had mrr gt1s so i wanted mine to look different.. and black wheels with yellow calipers look sick imo.

Wheels coming this weekend. Decided to go fro brabus reps. picking it up from Eugene this weekend
Should i take off my tints guys? I think it'll look cleaner. Any suggestions are welcome!

Finally got em in 19 brabus rep from thanks to eugene for this.
Sits perfect on the stock suspensions. No rubbing whatsoever.
If i change my exhaust, does this affect the warranty? been trying to search the forums on this. I'm still covered until next year or 100,000.00
